Esperanza Community Collegial Academy's school governance is based upon collaboration of students, parents, teachers, and community leaders. The Governing Board consists of educators, business and community members, and parents of the community it serves. In addition, The Arizona State Board of Charter Schools holds the school accountable to its charter and contract with the State. A School Site Committee gives input to the policies and activities of the school. And together, these groups are responsible for the guiding policies and regulations of this unique school.
